Maximum occupancy is 13 guests — a limit tied to the property's septic system. The gravel driveway comfortably fits up to 10 vehicles.
No pets are permitted anywhere on the property, and no parties or events are allowed without prior host approval. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside or within 25 feet of the house or pool.
Yes. Cattail Cove has two private boat slips for guest use. The water at the dock is about 4 feet deep at mean low tide, so check your boat's draft before you come. If you need to put in, a public boat launch is about 10 minutes away. Guests bringing a boat do so at their own risk and are responsible for any damage to the dock, slips, or watercraft.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors. Pickleball and basketball play must also end by 9:00 PM.
